In two pieces model, band fixes and locks the endotracheal tube by the plastic clamp in the middle narrow part of the short band.
The long band is placed at the back of the neck and wraps around the sides of the neck to be connected with the front short band.
Two pieces structure eliminates the need to lift up the patient’s head for every change and/or usage after the first application.
